Why I am asking
Anyone can make a website look good now. What makes someone choose Tequila over every other Mexican restaurant in town is the story behind it: your family, your food, your room. Only you can tell it. Your answers become the words on the site.
For your guests
People decide where to eat in a few seconds on their phone. When the site sounds like you, they feel the difference before they walk in. Words like "authentic" and "fresh ingredients" are on every restaurant site. Your real story is not.
For AI assistants
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Google, or Siri "where should I go for Mexican in Harrisonburg?" Those tools read restaurant websites to answer. If your site says what every Mexican place says, they describe you like everyone else. If it tells your story, since 1990, what makes you different, your signature dishes, that is what they repeat to people deciding where to eat.
How it works
- Answer below when you have a few minutes. Short answers are fine. Everything saves as you type, so you can stop and come back.
- We hop on a quick call: I go over your answers with you and show you the design direction.
- I put your words into the site and show you the finished pages.
Building on what you sent me. I have the story you put together: your dad starting in Memphis in 1990, growing up in the business, tradition meets imagination, your signature creations, and the room you filled with pieces from Mexico. That is the backbone of the site, and it is staying.
What I need now is how YOU say it. Answer like you are talking to a guest at the bar, not writing a website. Rough is fine. Voice notes on WhatsApp work too.
Your story, your way
Thanks, Toreko.
I've got your answers. I'll go over them with you on our call.
